HOW ENHANCE THIER KNOWLEDGE

nothing is impossible in all in  all over world

  1. Understand what concentration is: “Concentration is taking your mind off many things and putting it on one thing at a time.”
  2. Decide what you want to concentrate on. In many ways, you become what you focus on — that is, you take on some of its characteristics. Have you ever noticed how couples who have been married for many years start to look like each other, or how people often come to resemble their pets, their cars, their hobbies, or their work projects?
  3. Watch other people concentrating. Go see a good action movie. In the middle of it, look around at the people in the theater. What are they doing? They are absolutely still, eyes barely blinking, and their breath is slower. It would take a really major distraction to break their attention stream. These physical signs may give you a hint about ways to increase your own concentration abilities.
  4. Avoid constant sensory input. Multi-tasking (trying to do more than one thing at a time), loud noises, and visual stimulation (such as from a T.V.) make concentration much more difficult, and being around them or doing them too much can put you into a habit of non-attention which can be hard to break.
  5. Make it a point to put your full concentration on whatever you are doing. Don’t let anything distract you. It really helps to be in a quiet place, but you can learn to block out noise if necessary.
  6. Stay calm. Deep concentration is a matter of increasing or directing your life-force or conscious, cosmic energy. The more of this kind of energy you have, the better. Scattered energy doesn’t help. It must be calm, focused energy. Learn to be calmly concentrated and be concentratedly calm.
  7. Learn techniques to increase and control your energy. One such technique is Paramhansa Yogananda’s Energization Exercises. Controlling your energy is an important first step toward the ability to concentrate deeply.
  8. Take breaks. Go outside and breathe deeply or take a brisk walk. Make yourself do this often and you’ll be able to return to your task recharged and ready to focus more creatively.
  9. Learn to meditate. Meditation is the most powerful of all concentration enhancement techniques. Learn a few simple meditation techniques and practice them at least five minutes daily.
  10. While meditating, watch your breath — don’t control it in any way, just observe. This teaches you to focus your mind on one thing at a time. As you observe your breath, it will slow down, along with your mind (this is scientifically well-documented), and you move into a dynamic, peaceful (but not sleepy) state of being. Your mind will become recharged and creatively receptive.
  11. Develop an interest in the topic you're studying..If you think you're "studying", you tend to either do it as a burden (by mugging up) or pressurize yourself to complete it within the time span. Love your studies, then studies will love you back !
  12. Think of it as a hobby. Like you enjoy spending time in your hobbies without having to see how much time you have spent into it, likewise studies would allow you to gain some knowledge that will provide you with some meaningful information.
  13. Don't count hours. No matter how many hours you study, at the end what matters is how much you've understood and grasped from it.
  14. Look, the amount of time you've been studying is of no significance if the method is not proper. Try to improve your METHOD of studying and not hours.
  15. It is good to make a schedule (plan out things, such that you'd be completing this topic in this time)When you complete that topic, take a 5 minute break (and that time: either take a nap or sit quietly but don't distract your mind).
  16. After that, start with the next day's topic.
    • If you set a particular time to study (12 hours/15 hours), after that you tend to feel relaxed and your mind may get distracted to other things.
    • On the other hand; if you increase your time from 12 to 15 hours, you tend to feel stressed out and sleepy. This way, you won't be able to grasp much from what you've been studying.
    • Make your own notes. (This will help you remember every topic because you've understood and written it by yourself in your own sense. Therefore you'd also be able to elaborate it very well in the exam).
    Study well, All the Best.

According to your question, I think you must have enjoyed your life the way most people do. Some predefined standards such as having a girlfriend and some group of friends with some late night parties and outings. Let's suppose you have had enough of Goa outings and all that cheers of life. So you want to concentrate on studies, seems to be a wise decision before the time.

Now concentration seems to be the problem of everyone in this material world. It has to be because we are surrounded by so many fascinating things that can easily divert our mind. So, brother actually it is a good thing that you have realized that this is a big problem.

First thing you need to do is avoid all social networking sites. Actually it is a worst rat race. There is no point in changing Facebook and WhatsApp DPs and showing off how cool you are. Nobody actually cares it and no status on WhatsApp has ever changed someone's life.
So better way to be real with the self and accept the way you are. There will be a time when you will realize that these things were as useless as 'ay' in 'Okay'.

Now just find out what you actually want to do in life. Find out what will be the most beneficial way for you to make you mark in the society. How can you make your parents feel proud about you. Once you decide something in your mind then write it somewhere in clear words.

Let's assume that you decide to study computer engineering languages. Now you must have heard about passion and ambition and something stuff. See there is only one thing that exist and that is happiness. The satisfaction you get after reading a chapter or after writing a program is what all that matter. First you need to do it. Once you decide something then just start from the smaller one. But the thing is that you should feel happy after doing it. If you dont feel it at first place then dont worry. Rome was not built in a day. You need to do it unceasingly. As the 'Nike's tagline says 'Just do it' you need to follow it as it is.

Once you keep on doing it enthusiastically then definitely you can get interest in that particular thing. But make sure there should not be any other thing that makes you more happier than your target.
There shouldn't be any Facebook or WhatsApp or a talk with your girlfriend either. Find your happiness in terms of your goal. This is difficult but I tell you it is the most amazing thing you could ever experience.

Whatever you do, do it passionately. This is the time. Sometimes later becomes Never.
